I am a young athlete, full of energy and determination. I discovered karate at the age of 6. Since then, karate has played a big part in my life. I also like all sports that get me moving and allow me to be active and take on challenges.

Martial Arts teaches me to be more disciplined and to concentrate. It helps me manage my emotions, be more respectful of others and not give up easily. It also gives me more self-confidence and allows me to stay in shape to face everyday challenges.
