FAQ

1. What are your rates for shipping and how long will delivery take? Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on where you want the product delivered. Podiums Canada ships with Canada Post and UPS services. Charges are subject to their pricing algorithm. We ship throughout Canada, USA and Mexico. Port duties, local taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We invite you to check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

2. Will I get a shipping confirmation? Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Once the package is released, a tracking number as emailed to the consignee.
3. Can I pick up my order at your warehouse? We are an online store and are not opened to the public. You will need to choose your delivery option at Checkout.
4. Free Shipping*: If and when applicable, this promotion is available to Canadian retail clients only, and packages have to be delivered to a Canadian address. This "Free Shipping" promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, "DUO or TRIO Kits", discount code, promotion or discounted items. Free shipping does not apply to returned items for exchange (exchanges are to be approved first by Podiums Canada). If the buyer does not take advantage of this promotion while he/she can and realizes after having purchased his/her goods that he/she was eligible for the "Free Shipping" promotion, customer cannot after the fact request a refund on his/her shipping fees. Free Shipping is not available through any of our Affiliated Program purchases. Wholesale or Merchant accounts are not entitled to free shipping.
5. Can I be tax exempt from some sort? Federal and/or Provincial taxes apply on all sales delivered in Canada
6. Do you ship outside of North America? We ship throughout Canada, USA and Mexico.
7. My order didn’t arrive when it was supposed to. What should I do?: Please note that unforeseen weather can cause unexpected delays in delivery. In addition, during holidays, estimated delivery times might be longer than usual. If your delivery did not arrive when expected, please contact us at 450-367-5018 or email us at info@podiumscanada.ca and we will gladly assist.
8. Can I find your products in stores? Yes! Several training schools and organizations offer our products. Note that their retail prices might differ from the once listed on this site. Podiums Canada often showcases and sells their products at sporting events in Canada. To find out of any upcoming events, follow us on Facebook or Instagram to find out where we will be next.
9. Can I return a product I purchased online or cancel my order before it gets expedited? Due to health, hygienic and safety concerns, we cannot exchange or accept any returns. Once you have confirmed your order at checkout, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled or refunded. 
10. What type of warranty does your product offer? All products are quality controlled prior to shipping to ensure you receive items free of defects. Podiums Canada is not responsible for any damages caused by the user due to misuses. There are no warranties on any of our products.
11. How do I apply for an account, and what information do I need? Please visit our trade account application page to apply for an account. You will need proof that you are eligible for an account, the most common documents we accept are; Corporate registration (Registration or Incorporation) for your school, website, Facebook page that clearly states your name and business. If approved, we will aim to have your new account active within 24 - 72hrs.
