Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING: Allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 96 hours from the moment your order was confirmed to let you know your order is on the way! Your order may be subject to import duties and/or customs fees (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Podiums Canada is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer. Once your order is successfully placed, you'll find a confirmation email with all the details in your inbox. If you can't find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need further confirmation. Please note that sometimes, our shipping partners might experience delays that are out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

*FREE SHIPPING: If and when applicable, this promotion is available to Canadian retail clients only. Package(s) will be shipped via Canada Post's Regular Parcel service, and must be delivered to a Canadian address. A minimum purchase of $159.00 CAD (before taxes) is required, up to a maximum of $800.00 CAD. The client will need to create an account if he/she is not already registered, then use the promotional code "FREESHIP" at "Checkout" to benefit of the free shipping. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount code, promotion or discounted items. Free shipping does not apply to returned items for exchange (exchanges are to be approved first by Podiums Canada). Merchant accounts are not entitled to free shipping.

SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES: UPS Canada does do not deliver to P.O Boxes. A physical delivery address is required.

SMALL SHIPMENTS FOR MERCHANT CUSTOMERS: Shipping will be calculated automatically on the website.

LARGE SHIPMENT OR OVERSIZED ORDERS FOR MERCHANT CUSTOMERS: We invite you to first verify the inventory online, then email us at info@podiumscanada.ca to place your order. Shipping will be manually calculated and added to your invoice. A bank to bank money transfer will then be requested from the client prior to shipping their order.

SHIPPING TO USA: When shipping by ground outside of Canada, Podiums Canada uses Canada Post’s “Expedited Parcel” option. Port duties, local taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We invite you to check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
